The Challenge:
The stakes for excellence in project performance have never been higher. Projects take too long and often don't deliver exactly what was requested, or in some cases, demanded. Teams are under pressure to work seamlessly together, even though they report to several different departments, or even different enterprises, often with competing goals. Leaders are under pressure to speed up the team, but also must respond to change and avoid surprises. In this environment people need a way to work that enables them to perform at their best with others. Commitment Based Project Management addresses these needs and typcially results in 30% or more improvements in productivity.
Commitment-Based Project Management:
- Focuses on results, the real deliverables that make up a project's business purpose
- Builds commitment and trust within a project team while focusing on getting deliverables done.
- Provides simplified tools and methods for creating and managing to project plans in rapidly changing environments.
- Overlays onto your existing internal project processes; CBPM clarifies and enhances purpose, aligns stakeholders, enrolls all participants in the project deliverables.
- CBPM has a 15+ year record of improving productivity as measured by schedule, quality, cost. Improvements of 30%-50% have been documented consistently.
What is included with this complete CBPM Course:

Each participant finishes the two days with a plan to implement CBPM. We'll adjourn at 4pm on Day Two to enable your return travel.
Post Workshop Coaching: Immediately following the two days, each participant will receive 4 hours of telephone coaching from EMC over a 4-6 week period as they apply the methods in their workplace.
